The ASNT UT Competition will take place on 22-23 October and will assess UT skills as NDT UT Level II's & Level III's. 

The application submission deadline is 7 October 2024. 

Prizes will be given to first and second place winners. 

After your competition application is approved, you will be sent a link to complete a conference registration. If you are only attending the annual conference to participate in the UT competition, you will be provided a complimentary exhibit hall pass. 

You can also sign up to volunteer at the conference and receive a complimentary conference registration. 

LEVEL II's

Open to current NDT Level II’s from any NDT service provider.  The candidate should have a UT level II certification to SNT-TC-1A/CP-189 or ISO 9712 and at least 5 years of experience in ultrasonic straight beam corrosion scanning and shear wave scanning for weld defects.  Competitors are not Level III certified professionals.

LEVEL III's

Open to current NDT Level III’s from any NDT service provider. The candidate should have a UT level III certification to SNT-TC-1A/CP-189 or ISO 9712 with experience in ultrasonic straight beam corrosion scanning and shear wave scanning for weld defects.
