PLEASE NOTE: The only official vendors of ASNT 2025 are Freeman, AVFX, and SmartSource. Any solicitations from companies other than these, and ASNT, are most likely scams. This includes offers to sell mailing lists and reserve hotel rooms.

Booth equipment
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape. Booths 300 sq ft or less will receive a 7" x 44" identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sq ft may receive a 7" x 44" identification sign upon request.
The exhibit area is carpeted. Booth carpeting/padding is optional.

Use of ASNT 2024 Graphics: ASNT 2024 exhibitors are permitted to use the official conference logo for marketing and promotional purposes. However, all usage must comply with ASNT’s policy G-14H: Use of the ASNT Name and ASNT Marks. This policy includes important guidelines, such as prohibiting any alterations to the logo’s design or colors. The conference banner/logo must remain unmodified to preserve the integrity of our brand.
