Registration / General Assistant 

Meet and greet arriving attendees at registration with your smiling face. Make a great first impression by welcoming attendees to the Conference and providing them with all the materials they will need throughout the week. 

Information Ambassador

These important positions are another opportunity to make a positive impression by being a helpful “smiling face” to the conference attendees.  Providing directions, conference information, and other assistance, ASNT Event Ambassadors are an essential component to creating a successful conference experience!

Technical Session Monitor

Session monitors oversee one of the technical session rooms.  As ASNT’s “eyes and ears,” you will take attendance, assist attendees with use of the conference app to sign into sessions, ensure attendees have the proper name badges, make note of any speaker changes, assist the Session Chair and presenters as needed, and complete reporting forms for each session.

Short Course Monitor

These 4-hour intensives may focus on a skill, technique, or regulations—specialized information that will be helpful to one's future career. Each short course is 4 hours in length. Short Course Monitors will sign in registrants, distribute the course materials, and assist the instructors with handouts, evaluation forms, and other duties as needed.
