Opening and Closing General Sessions
Your guest is invited to attend the opening and closing general sessions and the conference welcome reception in the exhibit hall.

Lunches
Guest passes allow access to the exhibit hall where lunch will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday. Lunch is also provided in the closing general session.

Pre-COnference Foodie Tour**

On Monday afternoon before the conference kicks off we are offering a Foodie Historic Home Tour

This guided walking tour brings you on a culinary voyage through Downtown Phoenix. You will walk through the hustle and bustle of our Downtown to try a few different tasting locations, stopping at historic landmarks, and showcasing one of the most haunted hotels in the US.  On this tour, you may enjoy an English delicacy, family-made Thai cuisine, an authentic Mexican street taco, house-made pasta/bruschetta, and freshly baked cookies, paired with cocktail samples and non-alcoholic beverages.

On Wednesday participants of the guest program will have the opportunity to take part in two exclusive activities.

Phoenix Art Museum Exclusive Tour & Painting in the Park

Guided instruction by renowned local artist, whether you are an advanced artist, or it is your first time picking up a paint brush you are sure to enjoy this experience and take-away some useful tips!
