PATRON INFORMATION

Patron tables are small high top cocktail rounds intended for brochures, business cards and small giveaways.  No equipment will be permitted.  Each patron can have one pull up banner next to their table.  

No shipping arrangements have been made.  It is suggested that patrons ship to their hotels and hand carry the materials to the Convention Center.

JUNE 26th 

• Setup of Patron Tables – 2:00-5:00 p.m.
• Welcome Reception at Hyatt Regency (hotel attached to the Convention Center) 5:30-6:30 p.m.

JUNE 27th 

• 8:00-9:00 a.m. - Keynote
• 9:00-4:00 p.m. – Technical presentations 
• 12:15-1:30 p.m. – Lunch

JUNE 28th

• 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. – Plenary and technical presentations
• 12:15-1:30 p.m. – Lunch
• 6:30-7:00 p.m. – Networking Reception at Hyatt
• 7:00-9:00 p.m. – Banquet at Hyatt

JUNE 29th

• 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. – Plenaries and technical presentations
