Mr. Delgado has been involved in the performance of nondestructive testing on industrial and nuclear power plant components for the past 40 years. Having worked at the Southwest Research Institute, IHI Southwest Technologies (ISwT) and Industrial Inspection and Analysis (IIA). Mr. Delgado has held Manager positions in following Departments at ISwT: NDT Field Services Ultrasonic Research and Development Valve Diagnostics & Guided Wave Technologies Director of Business Development IHI Southwest Technologies and currently Director of Business Development at Industrial Inspection and Analysis Nuclear Services Mr. Delgado was awarded patents in the application of advance phased array methods for the testing valves and components
