Biography

Topias Tyystjärvi received his Master’s degree in Aerospace engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm in 2021. Tyystjärvi joined Trueflaw in 2019 to develop artificial intelligence solutions for the field of non-destructive evaluation. Now working as Chief Technology Officer, he has extensive experience in applying AI analysis to NDE in industries like nuclear energy and aerospace. In addition to AI analysis, Trueflaw provides advanced ultrasonic testing solutions, reliability assessment services and flawed sample manufacturing.

Biography

Matthew received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2019 at the University of Pittsburgh, where he continued his studies towards a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering under the supervision of Drs. Piervincenzo Rizzo and Ahmed Dallal. His primary area of study is applied machine learning to NDE applications. Other areas of interest include efficient computer vision through the use of neuromorphic devices.
