Reza Zoughi is the Kirby Gray (Battelle) Chair in Engineering and a Professor Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECpE) at Iowa State University (ISU). He is also the Director of Center for Nondestructive Evaluation (CNDE) at ISU.

Mingyang Lu received the B.S. (2014) and Ph.D. (2018) degree at School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Manchester. He is currently a Scientist, principal investigator (PI) of Eddy current projects, and in charge of 3 Electromagnetic eddy current labs at CNDE, Iowa State University. He was a researcher at University of Manchester. He was a recipient of the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Outstanding Reviewer Award. He was an Associate Editor of IEEE TIM (2021-2023)
