Biography
Dr. Gleb Tsipursky, dubbed the “Office Whisperer” by The New York Times, helps tech-forward leaders build in-house AI solutions to reduce vendor dependence. He is CEO of the future-of-work consultancy Disaster Avoidance Experts. With over 20 years of experience in consulting, coaching, and training for Fortune 500 companies, and 15 years in academia as a behavioral scientist, Dr. Gleb brings deep expertise in decision-making, organizational behavior, and AI adoption. He previously taught at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and The Ohio State University and lives in Columbus, Ohio.
