Gen Z isn’t just the next generation in line, they’re entering the workforce with expectations that challenge everything we thought we knew about retention, engagement, and leadership. And they’re not just younger Millennials. They’re wired differently. What they value, how they communicate, and what keeps them committed is a sharp departure from the norms many technical leaders grew up with. In a post-pandemic labor market where skilled talent is hard to find, and even harder to keep, understanding these differences isn’t optional. It’s mission-critical. In this candid, insight-rich session, workplace strategist Lisa Ryan, shares what it takes to: *Attract Gen Z without losing your seasoned workforce *Build a bridge between experience and innovation *Navigate conflicting expectations across five generations *Foster a culture where all ages feel seen, heard, and valued The future of NDT depends on more than technical excellence. It depends on the culture that connects. This session will show you how to build it!

Presentation Description

Gen Z isn’t just the next generation in line, they’re entering the workforce with expectations that challenge everything we thought we knew about retention, engagement, and leadership. And they’re not just younger Millennials. They’re wired differently.

What they value, how they communicate, and what keeps them committed is a sharp departure from the norms many technical leaders grew up with. In a post-pandemic labor market where skilled talent is hard to find, and even harder to keep, understanding these differences isn’t optional. It’s mission-critical.

In this candid, insight-rich session, workplace strategist Lisa Ryan, shares what it takes to:

Attract Gen Z without losing your seasoned workforce
Build a bridge between experience and innovation
Navigate conflicting expectations across five generations
Foster a culture where all ages feel seen, heard, and valued

The future of NDT depends on more than technical excellence. It depends on the culture that connects. This session will show you how to build it.
