Presentation Description
This presentation explores an integrated DR workflow for inspecting complex parts typically used in aerospace & defense, automotive industry, and other complex parts used in production. We will explore end to end workflow from simulation-based planning and motion programming to automated defect recognition (ADR) and human review as well as rework of the parts. We will also cover data compliance, process control data capture, and audit readiness, enabling streamlined inspection, reduced errors, and improved quality assurance.

Biography
Pradeep Bhattad is the Innovation Director at North Star Imaging, based in Rogers, Minnesota, where he focuses on developing cutting-edge X-ray focused NDT products and solutions. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University and has spent the past 15 years working with X-ray imaging and image processing across both research and industrial inspection applications in various capacities. Pradeep is passionate about making X-ray technology more accessible, easier to use, and advancing X-ray imaging to solve quality-related challenges in new and innovative ways.
