In this interactive session, we will explore both the drivers, benefits, and ROI (return on investment) of going digital as well as the challenges and mistakes that can derail your efforts. Ms. Azari will begin the session by presenting the primary benefits and challenges of digital transformation. Then, every table will have a private 10-15 minute discussion on a single challenge related to digital transformation, sharing actual experiences and/or concerns and discussing effective ways to address them. One member from each table will summarize their conclusions to the entire group by answering a set of structured questions and answers about their topic.
