Nondestructive Evaluation research & development is critical to the industry as well as individual companies to which NDE is a significant part of their processes.  Pushing the state of the art in NDE and taking innovations to practical implementation with technical rigor is necessary to avoid falling behind.  This presentation describes an approach to achieving going from concept to implementation.
