High speed PWI & TFM immersion inspections of Ti64 plates and billets

Presentation Description

This talk will cover the advantages and challenges of UT scanning of plates in automated immersion. Metallic plates are typically scanned slowly using single-channel or traditional linear phased array UT methods. Here, we present methods for scanning plates with Surface Adaptive PWI or TFM techniques, offering incredible speed and dynamic analysis capabilities.
