In this session, we will talk about the benefits of digitalization for an NDT Service Provider and how to implement changes. We will present the activities related to digital transformation and the overall goals you are looking to achieve by going digital. Then, we will run through a real example. Heath works with a well-established NDT Service Provider, NIS for NDT. The company has spent the last 12 months implementing and using Floodlight Software to run their inspection operations. Heath will share details of their journey, some of the benefits that they are currently enjoying, as well as their plans for the future. Many of the topics that we cover in this session will be helpful to other organizations looking to start or continue their digitalization journeys.

Biography
Nasrin Azari is the President and CEO of Floodlight Software, a SaaS company that provides a digitalized end-to-end business management platform specifically designed for Inspection companies. She has over 20 years of experience assisting enterprise organizations make operational improvements through digital solutions, focusing on user experience, process improvements, and business objectives. Along with other leaders in the Nondestructive Testing (NDT) industry, Ms. Azari works towards advancing “NDE 4.0”, a movement that strives to speed up and improve adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies to advance the safety goals of NDT. Nasrin holds an MS in Computer Science and an MBA.
